What Does All This Cost?

We undertake that the entire process required in order to determine whether planning may or may not be granted, to be absolutely COST FREE to you. We will therefore take on all of the cost to establish whether your garden can be designated for the purpose of building a brand new home.

Some of the typical cost is for example:

1. Consultant fees to establish viability.
2. Architectural fees for preparing a suitable design and to draw these up accordingly + partaking in pre-application discussions.
3. Council application fees etc.
4. Solicitors fees etc.
